Watch Live

So far we have looked at your “first love for God” in relation to your salvation experience, and what was required for you to be born again.  We have also seen the “how” and the “why” of your salvation—God called you to Himself for His glory!  As you review each day’s study, full in the blanks below and watch the picture of God’s grace develop right before your eyes.

Day 1—You were saved by God’s grace

Day 2—You were saved because of God’s love

Day 3—You were saved as a result of God’s mercy

Day 4—You were saved when you confessed all known sin.

Day 5—You were saved when you listened to God’s truth and wisdom.

Day 6—You were saved when you repented  of your sin.

Day 7—You were saved when you surrendered to God’s will.

Day 8—You were saved when you confessed and believed

Day 9—You were saved when you were born again

Day 10—You were saved when you trusted God’s Word

Day 11—You were saved by being delivered from eternal death.

Day 12—You were saved because God sanctified you.

Day 13—You WILL BE saved if you endure the “race” to the end.

Think of it this way! You were a sinner, lost and bound for hell.  You were enslaved to the lusts and passions of this of this world with no way to be free. But even while you were in this condition, Christ died for you, paying the penalty for your sins. Then He arose from the dead, giving you the victory over your sin nature, your fear of death and the grave. Now you are free to be all God created you to be, because greater is He that is in you, than he that is still in the world.  You now have a life! You now have the abundant life God intended you to have to begin with, and the life Jesus died to give you.  If this is true in your life, you can’t help but have an attitude of gratitude to God for your salvation.  Grace so amazing—love so divine—makes life worth living and brings joy divine!
